  • If you wish to remain anonymous, do not provide any personal information, e.g. your name or your relationship to the parties involved. Also, do not provide any data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person.
  • If possible, do not use any technical device (e.g. PC, laptop, smartphone) provided by your employer. In particular, an intranet connection may endanger your anonymity.
  • Enter the link to the whistleblower platform directly in the address bar of your browser and, if necessary, set a bookmark so that you can call up the system again later (e.g. log in to [postbox]).
  • Make sure you have a secure internet connection, represented by the lock icon next to the address bar.
By checking this box, you confirm that you are not willingly and knowingly reporting false or misleading information at the time of your report. Accordingly, at the time of your report, you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information you have reported is true and that this information falls within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
For your documentation, after the process has been completed, the report will be saved in a password-protected PDF document exclusively for your records. Please enter a password that you have selected and that you will remember in order to be able to access your report again. If you forget the password you have chosen, you will no longer be able to access your report in the future.

Your password must have the following properties:
  • Minimum length of 8 characters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • upper and lower case
